Early in 2012 Pastor Eddie, as he is known, received a phone call from an anonymous donor asking to visit with him. In this meeting the individual offered to purchase the piece of property which included a large, beautiful, four bedroom, two bathroom home and give it to the church if they would be willing to open a women's drug rehabilitation center in that home! Immediately Pastor Eddie saw the inroad that the Lord had promised him to effect the drug culture of the region.
After much prayer and numerous meetings, Pastor and the people of the church agreed that this was a God-given opportunity and received the blessing from the Lord. Today that 100 year old house is now a house of restoration, hope, and healing for those who are spiritually broken and wounded by the effects of substance abuse.
